Personal training is ideal if you feel you can use extra help in achieving your (sports) goals. Our experienced trainers guide you from A to Z and can answer all your questions about training.

If you want to start with personal training, you need to schedule an appointment with our instructor. Together you look for a suitable moment to start training.

Measuring = knowing

There is nothing more motivating than seeing positive results. At On Campus we use the InBody device. This allows you to make a full body scan in which you not only gain insight into weight, but also into your fat mass, muscle mass, body water, etc. This way you gain insight into your progression in the right way.
