For anyone who wants to work on strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance in a calm yet challenging way, we now offer the Fit & Vital class every Tuesday morning.

Would you like to train in a group setting with personal guidance, but find the regular fitness classes at On Campus a bit too demanding? Then Fit & Vital might be just right for you. In this class, you’ll improve your fitness and strength while also focusing on balance and flexibility. You can participate at your own level and perform each exercise at your own pace.
Moving with joy
The classes take place in the fitness area, giving you an accessible way to get familiar with the equipment available there. This way, you not only follow an enjoyable class, but you’ll also feel more confident to train independently outside of class if you’d like to.
A moment for connection
Besides the physical benefits, Fit & Vital is also a social moment. After class, there’s always time for a cup of coffee and a friendly chat. Because working on your health is even more enjoyable when you do it together!
