Intensive fitness training

CrossCamp

CrossCamp is a challenging combination of cross training and bootcamp. The goal is to improve your performance and the overall fitness of your body by continuously changing your training routine.

CrossCamp

With this fitness training you combine different sports and functional movements with each other (cross training) in an intensive indoor and outdoor group training (bootcamp). In the training sessions, weightlifting, powerlifting, athletics and gymnastics are combined in one training form.

Start: do the introduction course

Do you want to start with CrossCamp? Then it is important that you master the basic techniques for the training. That is why you start with the introduction course: two one-hour introductory lessons. Do you already have experience with this sport? Then you can immediately start with the WODs.

Training indoors and outdoors

CrossCamp is located in an unique indoor-outdoor space of 62 meters long: an indoor box of 22 meters and an outdoor synthetic turf track of 40 meters. You can practice your sprints on the outdoor artificial grass track, train with the power sleds and tractor tires or train outside when the weather is nice.

Equipment

Inside the box is a large frame for your pull-ups, muscle-ups, squats and bench presses. There are barbells and plates for weight lifting and ropes and rings for your gymnastic exercises. For cardio you use the rowers, airbike or the SkiErg. There are also other materials such as kettlebells, wallballs, plyoboxes, speedropes and resistance bands.

For fitness members

Anyone with a fitness membership can train unlimited in the CrossCamp box. You will find the box next to the climbing hall, at the passage to the X building. Come and have a look and discover whether this intensive form of fitness suits you. Read more about fitness at On Campus.
