General questions

At this time you need to make a reservation when you want to take part in one of our group activities. This is due to the available space in our halls. In addition, it is nice for our instructor to know how many people he/she can expect in the lesson, and who.

Reservations are not necessary for swimming laps, free warm water swimming and free fitness. In those cases you can come to work out at any time. Please check our opening times in advance via the schedule.

You can book activities through your personal My On Campus environment. Are you unable to book the desired lesson? Then you may not have the right subscription. Do you want to know which subscriptions and tickets we sell? You can see that here.

Do you have the right subscription, but you can't make a reservation? Please contact us by telephone on (088) 469 70 00. Our receptionists will help you further.

Our opening hours differ per department. The opening hours that you can find on Google, for example, are the opening hours of our entire building. We advise you to check the timetable at which times you can make a reservation for your favorite activity.

You can purchase a subscription (jear/month), a membership 10 passes or individual ticket via the website. You can follow the following steps:

  1. Log in to 'my On Campus'. Don't have an account yet? Then create this via the 'Log in' button.
  2. Once logged in, go to Subscriptions.
  3. Choose the desired subscription and add it to your shopping cart.
  4. Go to your shopping cart and pay. You can then immediately make a reservation.

In order to make a reservation for an activity, you must indeed be logged in to My On Campus. The place you book is linked to your personal account. Reservations without logging in are only possible with a single ticket. Please note: if you buy a single ticket anonymously, it can no longer be canceled.

No account yet? This is easy to create via the 'log in' button.

If you have an annual subscription, monthly subscription or a membership 10 passes, a pass is required to access an activity. You can book online without a pass. However, to enter the swimming pool or fitness center, for example, you have to scan your pass to get through the entrance.

Don't have a pass yet? Then pick it up at the front desk (after purchasing your subscription). The costs for this are €8.25. If you buy a single ticket, you do not need a pass. You will then receive a barcode by e-mail. You can print this out or have it scanned on location via mobile.

If you have purchased a subscription or 10-ride card and do not yet have a membership card, you can pick it up at the front desk before your first sports visit. Costs for this are €8.25.

No, this is not possible. If you want to pay per month, you can choose to purchase a monthly subscription instead of an annual subscription. An annual subscription is cheaper, but with a monthly subscription you are more flexible. If you opt for a monthly subscription, you have to purchase it every month. We never automatically renew subscriptions.

No, we do not automatically renew subscriptions. We find it important that our members are not faced with unexpected costs. When your subscription is about to end, you will receive a reminder e-mail from us. You can then choose to renew your subscription via My On Campus.

In the login screen you will see a link 'forgot password' underneath the login fields. If you click on this link, you will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

We do not have the passwords of our members, so there is no point in sending us an e-mail with the request to send us your password.

Parking costs with us are €2,-. However, there are some exceptions:

  • Parking after 5.30 pm and on weekends is free of charge
  • Do you have a membership 10 passes or did you buy a single ticket? You can also exit for free. Please note: you need to pick up an exit ticket at the reception.
  • If you exit within half an hour, no parking costs have to be paid.

Good to know: you don't get a parkingticket. You pay the parking costs when you drive out, at the parking turnstile. This is only possible by card.

Nee, het is bij ons niet mogelijk om contant te betalen. Sinds 2022 zijn wij overgestapt op pin-only.

Questions regarding the website

After the transition to the new system, you can view your data, book activities and buy subscriptions or individual tickets in your personal 'My On Campus' environment.

Do you already have a membership at On Campus? Then your e-mail address has automatically been transferred to your new account. Below are the steps to follow to log in to My On Campus:

  1. Go to on-campus.nl
  2. Click on 'log in'
  3. Enter your e-mail address and then click on 'forgot password'
  4. You will be asked for your email address again.
  5. You will then receive a link in your email with which you can create a new password. From now on you can log in with this.

Until January 2022, we offered many different subscriptions and tickets. This will be a lot easier as of January 3, with four types of subscriptions: annual subscriptions, monthly subscriptions, a membership 10 passes and individual tickets.

Curious about what suits you? Read the specifications per subscription in this news item.

After purchasing the subscription you want, you can immediately book activities. You can also choose to purchase a single ticket. This can also be done anonymously. This is all self-explanatory when you log in to My On Campus.

Steps:

  1. You log in to your My On Campus environment
  2. Click on the green button under my active products: book
  3. Find the activity you want
  4. Click on book directly
  5. Accept the terms and conditions and complete
  6. You will receive a confirmation e-mail and you can see your purchase in 'My On Campus'

Yes, you can. If you go to www.on-campus.nl via mobile, you can log in to 'My On Campus' just like on the website. You can then follow the steps as indicated earlier in the question 'how do I reserve for activities.'

After booking the activity you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Did not receive anything? Also check your spam box. Your reservation can also be viewed in your On Campus environment under 'my active products'.

That depends on your type of membership.

Annual and monthly subscriptions, a membership 10 passes and individual tickets purchased via an account (i.e. not anonymous) can cancel an activity. This can be done up to 1 hour in advance.

How? Login to your my On Campus environment and go to my active products. You will see your reservation there with a 'cancel' button. If you have booked the activity with a ride card or bought it as a separate ticket (by name), you will receive this ride as a credit in your account. You can view your credit in 'My On Campus'.

If you buy a separate ticket anonymously, cancellation is no longer possible.

Questions regarding corona measures

We always follow the applicable government measures. There are currently no measures in place. In the news items on our website we will keep you informed of the latest news about the measures. In addition, we recommend that you keep a close eye on our social media channels (@OnCampusZwolle on Facebook and Instagram). We also share the latest news there.

In theory, you can book two activities per day. This is to prevent fraud.

If you have a day on which you want to participate in no fewer than three activities, we recommend sending an email to info@on-campus.nl.

The last times we had to close due to corona measures, we have extended the subscriptions of our members with a maximum of half the closing time. We are also compensating for the last lockdown, which lasted four weeks. This time we do it completely. Click here for all information and to request an extension.

We also recommend that you keep a close eye on our social media channels (@OnCampusZwolle on Facebook in Instagram). Here we are always the first to share the latest news about applying for reimbursement.

Questions regarding studentmemberships

We offer affordable student subscriptions for full-time MBO, HBO and WO students. You are entitled to a student subscription if can shwo a valid MBO, HBO or WO student pass at the reception. It doesn't matter which school or university you study at. Part-time students are not entitled to a discount.

After purchasing your student subscription, it will be temporarily blocked. We have to check whether you are actually a full-time student and are entitled to the student discount of 50%. Therefore, walk by the reception before your first time doing sports and show your valid student card. After that, the blockade will be lifted.

You can remove the blockage on your student subscription by showing your valid student card at the reception. Our receptionists will remove the blockage. You can already make a reservation for the desired activity in which you want to participate.

The website contains the full amount of 220 euros per student subscription. But don't worry. The 50% discount will be added to your shopping chart.

Questions regarding fitness

We have set up our registration system to make a difference between a profile check and a visit. The first time you scan your membership card and your name will appear. No visit is registered yet. Only when you scan your pass again, our system will register a visit. In this way an instructor can also scan a pass without (extra) visit registration. For example, if the instructor wants to view your data.

We work together with the Windesheim (Calo) sports training programs. We think it is important that young sports professionals are properly trained and we make our fitness center available for this. That's why you can't use the fitness center between 1.30 pm and 3.30 pm, but you can work out in the cardio fitness (next to the front desk).

In the fitness we have a dress code. In short: no caps, no bellybutton is visible, no bare chest, no stringers and of course you wear clean (indoor) shoes. You can read the detailed description in our house rules. Thanks for your cooperation.

We use the InBody device. With this we can not only measure your weight, but also many other valuable data such as body fat and muscle mass. You can schedule a measurement via the website. Check the schedule to see when these moments take place.

If you have a fitness membership, you can indeed have a personal schedule made for free. It is especially wise to do this when you just start with fitness. In this way we help you on your way to achieving your desired results, with professional advice.

You can book a fitness appointment in the schedule, you will find this option under measurement and/or fitness appointment.

Cardio fitness is the name for the fitness room next to our front desk. Not only is cardio training possible here, you will also find some bars, weights, dumbbells and other strength attributes. SYNRGY training is also provided here.

You can make a reservation in the cardio fitness between 2:30 and 4:30 pm, when our fitness center is closed because of education.

This very much depends on your own wishes, goals and needs. When making a schedule, our instructors can advise you about the duration of following it. If you want personal advice about this, you can always contact an instructor who is present in the fitness center at that time. For more information, visit this website.

This is for your safety and that of those around you. Discs can shift while exercising and could end up falling. We prevent this by using clamps.

Questions regarding fitness group lessons

Our sports complex is at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences and our sports halls are used during the day for education by, among others, the Calo. In the evenings we can use the rooms ourselves. And this is what we do: on Monday to Thursday you can participate in various group lessons in the evenings.

Our SYNRGY classes are held outside on the patio between April 1 and October 1. In case of bad weather, we will move it indoors.

Questions regarding CrossCamp

The CrossCamp has technical moves that you can't just master. We want to guarantee the safety of you as an athlete, which is why we teach you the technique in the introduction course. You also gain insight into how our CrossCamp training sessions are structured. You can participate in the introduction course with a fitness subscription, ten-ride card or individual ticket. Click here for more information or to reserve a spot.

WOD stands for Workout of the Day. We program these specific training sessions every week so that you train optimally and do not overload yourself. Click here for more information about our WODs.

Questions regarding swimming

When you are swimming laps, you get access to the pool 5 minutes before the start. For the aqua sports this is 10 minutes. That way we know for sure that no one is in the pool, until there is supervision. Especially in the mornings, people are not allowed to be in the pool before 7 am. This way we prevent this from happening. Safety comes first for us.

On our activities page you can read what each aquasport lesson entails. The lessons can be adapted to any level. But the intensity in fit gym is lower than in water aerobics, for example.

Prefer personal advice? Then ask one of our instructors who is present in the pool.

You can request aqua therapy yourself, but it can also be part of a treatment at the physiotherapist. In the last case, it is often reimbursed by the health insurer. Contact your health insurer for details.

It is not possible to purchase a therapy swimming subscription on our website. This is because of the agreements that must be made with our swimming therapists. Do you want therapy swimming? Then you can purchase a subscription at our front desk.

Questions regarding climbing

Yes, this is certainly possible. We offer a KVB course every month, with the exception of July, August and December. If you want to participate, we advise you to register on time because full is full. Click here for more information or to register for the course.
