More about fitness at On Campus

In our fitness center you will find cardio machines (bicycles, rowing machines, cross trainers, treadmills and a stair climber) and strength machines for the basic muscle groups (arms, legs, chest, abdomen, back). Safe training is our top priority, all devices are suitable for both novice and experienced athletes

The SYNRGY360 is located in the cardio fitness room (behind the front desk), for the ultimate functional workout. With kettlebells, dumbbells, steps, resistance bands, boxing gloves, etc. you train your entire body very intensively. You do a different exercise every 30-60 seconds in half an hour, with the guidance of an enthusiastic instructor and exciting music. At the end of the class you will be full of energy!

Do you have a fitness subscription? Then you can also train unlimited in the CrossCamp box. CrossCamp is a challenging combination of cross training and boot camp. You always train with supervision and in small groups.

Sporten in de frisse buitenlucht? Wij bieden het gehele jaar door Bootcamp aan: zonneschijn of regen, deze les gaat altijd door! Onze instructeurs zorgen voor veel afwisseling. Bootcamp is een fullbody workout waarbij je niet alleen gebruik maakt van je eigen lichaamsgewicht, bankjes, trappen, speelplaatsen en andere obstakels, maar ook van trainingsmaterialen zoals springtouwen, cones, hordes etc.
