Power yoga

Power yoga is a dynamic and fluid form of yoga. The classical postures are actively linked to each other. The lesson consists of a 'flow' of exercises in which yoga postures are performed moving, resulting in an improvement of endurance, strength and flexibility.

Power yoga is a form of yoga that you should not underestimate. You train the entire body through calm but heavy exercises. Become completely one with yourself and bring out all the strength in you. Our experienced instructor provides nice music and talks you through the lesson in a pleasant way. After this class you will feel the peace and strength flowing through your entire body.
