Yoga is all about you and you alone. Go back to yourself for a moment. Relax and train your body at the same time. Yoga is accessible to everyone: regardless of age, level or experience. You do sports for yourself and that is central to this lesson.
Starting with Yoga?
You can participate in this class with a subscription, a membership 10 passes or single fitness ticket. After purchasing the desired product you can make a reservation immediately. You can register for Yoga a maximum of two weeks in advance (FULL=FULL).
