Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, level or experience. There’s nothing you need to achieve or prove, because yoga isn’t about performance, it’s about experience. Every posture can be adapted to what your body needs.

This class gives you the space to let go, recharge, and feel both stronger and more relaxed. 

Starting with Yoga?

You can participate in this class with a subscription, a membership 10 passes or single fitness ticket. After purchasing the desired product you can make a reservation immediately. You can register for Yoga a maximum of two weeks in advance (FULL=FULL).
