A workout where standing still is not an option and you’ll leave the room with a big smile, that’s DanceFit at On Campus. Expect an energetic mix of dance moves and fitness exercises. From fun steps to challenging squats and burpees. While you’re moving to the music, you’ll be building stamina, strength and coordination without even noticing.
Our enthusiastic instructor makes sure the class is well-structured, keeps you motivated until the very last minute, and shows you how much fun working out can be. Whether you’re an experienced athlete or joining for the very first time, this class is accessible to all levels. No dance experience required. It’s all about having fun, getting active and working up a sweat.

Starting with Zumba?
You can participate in this class with a subscription, a membership 10 passes or single fitness group lesson ticket. After purchasing the desired product you can make a reservation immediately. You can register for Zumba a maximum of two weeks in advance (FULL=FULL).
