We think it is important that everyone trains in a way that suits him/her. We also understand that it is difficult to start with fitness. How does everything work? What should I do? How do I get results? A lot of questions that we answer without obligation if you are a member of On Campus.

Intake

If you start with fitness at On Campus, we recommend that you schedule an intake. During this time, an instructor will give you a tour of our fitness center and answers all your questions. Then you can choose to get started yourself or let our instructor draw up a fitness schedule for you. This is completely tailored to your goals and is included free of charge with your subscription. Ideal right?

Have a schedule made

To make progress, it is important not to follow the same fitness schedule for too long. We recommend scheduling a fitness appointment every four to six weeks. Our instructor will then draw up a new schedule for you. This not only ensures more progress, but is also a lot more motivating due to the variation.

Measuring = knowing

There is nothing more motivating than seeing positive results. At On Campus we use the InBody device. This allows you to make a full body scan in which you not only gain insight into weight, but also into your fat mass, muscle mass, body water, etc. In this way you gain insight into your progression in the right way.
