The swimming club is every Wednesday afternoon from 2 pm to 3 pm in our therapy pool. The aim of the swimming club is to have an hour of fun in the water every week and to learn new things in a playful way. With the supervision of swimming therapist Marleen, the children learn, for example, how to snorkel, dive and play pinball. Swimming equipment such as goggles, snorkels and flippers are available. There is no swimming club during school holidays.
About the therapy pool
The water in the therapy pool is pleasantly warm at 33 degrees Celsius. The pool and changing rooms are wheelchair accessible. And the changing rooms are extra spacious for use by people with a physical disability. The therapy pool can be entered via a ramp, has a deep and a shallow part and is equipped with a movable floor and a hoist.
