Kickboxing is a full body workout. By combining strength and endurance, you train all parts of the body. It is a good way to get and stay fit and it can increase your self-confidence and resilience.


Discover this challenging sport

During the lessons we work with you on technique, condition, speed, agility, strength, control, explosiveness and mentality. Kickboxing is divided into three different types of classes. It is up to you to choose the lesson that best suits your ability and needs. Of course, all three are equally fanatical and challenging.

Kickboxing level 1: Not much experience with this sport yet? Then kickboxing level 1 is really something for you. During this hour you can get acquainted with this sport in an accessible way. Attention is paid to the (basic) techniques, which are then applied in various combinations.
Participate? This class is every Monday from 7:30 PM to about 8:30 PM. Sign up via the grid.

Kickboxing level 2: Already experience with kickboxing? Then take part in kickboxing level 2. During this class, the focus is on refining the techniques and then applying your qualities during sparring sessions with fellow kickboxers. Of course everything is done in a safe way. So you don't have to worry about coming home black and blue.
Participate? This class is every Monday from 8.30 pm to about 9.30 pm. Sign up via the grid.

Combi class: this class is filled with kickboxers of all levels. The lesson is tailored in a way that everyone can look for their own challenge.

One thing is certain: whichever lesson you choose, you will be completely satisfied afterwards.


During our kickboxing lessons it is possible to borrow our gloves. Of course you are also free to purchase these yourself. If you regularly participate in this lesson, we strongly recommend that you wear a mouthguard and bandages (for under the gloves) during this lesson. These are for sale at the On Campus desk.

You can participate in this class with a subscription, a membership 10 passes or single fitness group lesson ticket. After purchasing the desired product you can make a reservation immediately. You can register for kickboxing a maximum of two weeks in advance (FULL=FULL).
